Construction of Brown Ranch will be phased, with an estimated completion in 2040.

YVHA invites respondents to submit proposals to provide, at a minimum, construction feasibility and Schematic Design for a Geothermal District Heating and Cooling system to serve the entire site, and construction-ready design of the GDHC system for 2 neighborhoods, or approximately 700 housing units. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals that consider future options for financing, construction, and ownership/operation/maintenance of the Brown Ranch GDHC system.
