The YVHA is asking all interested groups to fill out the Community Partners application and submit by July 29th to email@example.com. You can find the application here. They will be reviewed by August 15th by a team that is inclusive of staff, steering committee members and board members. The Brown Ranch team will contact all applicants by the end of August.
Our technical consultants will be combining community input, data analysis and health equity goals to create an initial plan.
